Product and order information

Denticor is a temporary removable replacement for the visible part of a suitable missing-tooth gap. It includes the selected hollow crowns, DentiFlex bridge material and instructions. It is not a permanent restoration and does not restore full chewing function.

You select or correct the tooth positions, confirm them yourself and enter the measured width of each separate gap. An AI photo proposal cannot supply a confirmed measurement or clinical assessment. Please correct errors before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error afterwards.

Price, payment and contract

The seller is not registered for VAT. Displayed product prices are final; the delivery charge is shown separately before you order.

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation after your Stripe payment is confirmed. If a fulfilment problem arises, we contact you to arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.

Online payment through Stripe is the only payment method on denticor.eu. We confirm payment from the provider’s verified transaction record. Shipping is charged for every order; cash on delivery is not offered.

Delivery and conformity

The available destination, service, delivery cost and estimated transit time are shown before ordering. We remain responsible for delivery to you under applicable consumer law; a carrier problem does not transfer that responsibility to you.

If goods are faulty, incomplete or do not match the contract, contact us with the order number and a description. Applicable statutory conformity rights are not removed by a returns exception, an opened package or these terms. Any commercial promise is separate from statutory rights.

Withdrawal and complaints

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The hygiene-seal exception and the return procedure are explained on the returns page. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrect goods remain.

You may raise a complaint by email or post. You may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in your country for a cross-border purchase. The former EU ODR platform is closed and is not the route for a new complaint.

Applicable protections

These terms are governed by Slovak law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. They do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory rights concerning courts, statutory remedies or unfair terms. Keep a copy of the terms and your order confirmation.

Send a withdrawal statement online

The “Withdraw from contract” link at the bottom of every page opens the online function at https://denticor.eu/withdrawal-form/. Enter your name, purchase details and the email address for your acknowledgement. Review the statement, then select “Confirm withdrawal” to send it. You do not need an account or a reason. We provide an acknowledgement containing your statement and its submission date and time by email; you can also download it immediately. You may still withdraw by another clear statement sent by email or post.
