Privacy information
We collect the information needed for your chosen product and order. The photo assistant is optional.
Who is responsible
Sciéntio Laboratories spol. s r.o., Tallerova 4, 811 02 Bratislava, Slovakia, company number 52053407, is the controller. Contact support@denticor.eu for privacy requests.
Your selection and order
Your confirmed tooth positions and gap measurements are used to select and supply the appropriate crowns. When linked to you, these details can reveal health information. We request your explicit consent for this processing; ordinary contact, contract and delivery information is processed to handle your order and meet legal obligations.
The basket, tooth selection and guide progress can be stored in local storage or session storage on your device so you can continue where you left off. Local storage has no automatic two-hour expiry. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data settings; some order selections are also cleared after ordering. Submitted orders are stored on the shop’s server, together with the terms version and required consent time.
Optional photographs
With your explicit consent, the photo assistant sends your chosen photograph to Anthropic and may also use OpenAI for a second reading. Our shop processes it in memory without saving an image file or order attachment. Normal API retention is up to 30 days, with legal and safety exceptions; the linked provider policies explain these. We do not promise zero provider retention.
The proposal cannot establish clinical health, support stability or dimensions. You can correct the map, confirm the selection yourself and measure the gaps. The manual tooth map remains available if you do not wish to submit a photograph.
Recipients
WEDOS provides hosting. Stripe handles payment-card processing. Packeta and its destination delivery partners receive the contact, address and parcel information needed for delivery. Tooth positions and oral photographs are not included in a parcel label. The configured email provider processes order and support messages.
Any processing outside the European Economic Area requires the relevant lawful transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards. Request information about the actual configured providers and safeguards at support@denticor.eu.
WEDOS also provides the email service used for order confirmations and support.
Retention and your choices
We retain order and invoicing records needed for accounting for 10 years. Customer-support contact records are kept for the contractual relationship and for 3 years after it ends. Tooth positions and gap measurements are used for selection, fulfilment and related support or claims; they are retained only while needed for those purposes. Information needed for an unresolved legal claim is restricted to that claim until it is resolved.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or objection. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If data are necessary to select or supply the requested crowns, withdrawing that consent may prevent fulfilment. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority.
Cookies and security
Necessary session cookies protect forms and account access. Abuse protection uses a secret-key hash of the network address and request counters. Depending on the function, counter windows last from 15 minutes to 24 hours; they contain no oral photographs. Expired counters are removed during subsequent checks or scheduled cleanup.
The shop uses browser storage for the basket and guides and does not add its own advertising or audience-measurement trackers. The Packeta map loads when you open the pickup selector. Stripe processes card information through its payment components. These providers have their own privacy information.
Optional AI questions
General online support uses OpenAI. Guide and troubleshooting assistance uses Anthropic. To prepare a reply, the selected provider receives your question, recent conversation and relevant tooth-selection context. We request explicit consent, including for any health information you decide to include. Avoid names, identification numbers and information that the assistant does not need. The manual tooth map and written guides remain available without AI.
The assistant does not automatically create a support request or send a message to a person. The shop does not retain the AI conversation as a support record. The questions and replies are also subject to the API data-retention rules of the provider used, OpenAI or Anthropic: data is normally deleted within 30 days, with exceptions explained in the linked policies.
Private questions for the Denticor team
When you save a private question, the Denticor team receives its text and the context displayed before submission. We ask for consent to saving the question and any health information you choose to include. It does not require an order, account or email address, and its contents are not automatically sent to AI.
The question stays accessible for 30 days after its latest update. It then becomes inaccessible and is deleted by scheduled cleanup within 24 hours. Your private link lets you read, update or delete it earlier. Anyone with that link has access, so keep it private. Choosing the separate AI topic suggestion sends the short text you enter for that purpose to Anthropic after separate consent.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review, we use the order number to check the purchase and request your explicit consent to publication. After verification, we publish only the name or initials you provide, your rating and text, the product and the submission date. Your order number and order contact details are not published. Include health information only if you want it made public and consent to that publication.
A published review remains available while your publication consent continues, unless it is removed earlier. Contact support@denticor.eu to withdraw consent or request a correction or deletion. Information required for an unresolved legal claim may be retained separately for that purpose.
Withdrawal statements
We record your name, the purchase details you provide, your email address, your withdrawal statement and its submission time to meet our legal obligations and handle the contract or any related claim. We send the acknowledgement through our email provider. Please do not include photographs, card details or medical information: identifying the purchase is sufficient. The retention rules for contractual records and unresolved claims stated above apply.
